I live a ways from Newark but I decided to use this company because they offered free pickup and delivery and 1 week turn around time. We scheduled a pickup time/date for my large rug. I prepared for the pickup by removing my couches which were on top of the rug. ABC called me AFTER the scheduled delivery time to let me know they needed to reschedule pickup for another day. I'm an understanding person so I didn't think too much about it.
