I live a ways from Newark but I decided to use this company because they offered free pickup and delivery and 1 week turn around time. We scheduled a pickup time/date for my large rug. I prepared for the pickup by removing my couches which were on top of the rug. ABC called me AFTER the scheduled delivery time to let me know they needed to reschedule pickup for another day. I'm an understanding person so I didn't think too much about it. However when inquiring to see when they were going to be finished with the rug cleaning I quickly realized that being unreliable is a pattern here. They had my rug for 3 weeks. They never called me to tell me they were running behind schedule. I had to contact them to get an update on how they were the ones running behind. It got to the point where I told them not to do the rug repair because it would be an additional week to do the repair. Which means they would have had my rug for a month instead of the 1 week turnaround time they originally told me during our initial call. They still charged me for the rug repair ($80) even though they did not repair my rug. They did eventually return the rug in a clean condition. And that's why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1.

ABC actually did a good job on my rug--cannot fault the workmanship.Business practices are another thing. It would have been nice if: a) they had sent me a written quote after I sent them a photo of the rug; b) they had given my wife a receipt after they picked up the rug; c) they had taken the initiative to call me (rather than vice versa) about when my rug would be ready; and d) had their very nice delivery person be at our house at the agreed-upon hour for pick-up and delivery.While I think the final price was a bit high but I am satisfied with the work.
