Stephanie is an amazing massage therapist. She creates a calming, unrushed environment and really listens to your body’s needs. Her deep tissue, hot stone, and cupping services are excellent. She’s my go-to for self-care—I highly recommend her!

I was actively seeking a massage therapist that was a deep healer on several levels - understanding anatomy, energy, intuition, etc. After reading her reviews, I booked an appointment. I had recently come through about four months of pain after a fairly significant surgery. Most of my remaining pain was frankly from the trauma of the surgical experience that I could not seem to clear from my body on my own.

It was a great massage and it was wonderful to have someone local to the area who understood anatomy and therapeutic massage to help the body both relax and make progress in healing various body parts and muscles causing issue with everyday life. I highly recommend booking a massage therapy appointment with her!
