I spent 3 weeks trying to set up a cleaning of my home prior to surgery without anyone getting back to me, I found Great Vibes and messaged them. I very quickly got a response and Liz came and went over an initial cleaning estimate.. she was very pleasant and set up a crew to come in and clean. Since I had just had surgery, I have been unable to do any cleaning. The crew showed up on time and were very pleasant. They did a great job, were very professional and also enjoyed some singing by one of the young men whom had an amazing voice. They communicated amongst each other the whole time and last night I was finally able to actually relax without thinking of all the things that needed to be done. I look forward to working with them on a maintenance schedule as well as being able to come home from work and enjoy my home again. Thank you guys very much.

All I can say is WOW!! They weren't kidding when they said they would do a deep cleaning. I've had regular housekeepers for a couple years, and yet my home was just superficially cleaned. Great Vibes scrubbed every square inch! Door knobs, switch plates, hard to reach corners, grout, everywhere. My house hasn't been this clean in years. It's been a couple days and I still walk around in awe. They are the most skilled and conscientious housecleaners I've ever met. They really are artisans. Aside from their spectacular cleaning skills and strong work ethic, they are all very kind. It was raining all day while they were here and my Golden Retrievers had to be in the house. All of the Great Vibes artisans were very understanding and took the circumstances in stride, even when the puppy kept stealing their cleaning cloths! I wil be their client forever.

“Thank you” is not grand enough to explain the wonderful cleaning experience their dependable, professional & friendly artisans have brought to our home today. Their deep cleaning of every square inch - not only rid our home of dust bunnies and mud guided dog toys but they brought luster back to areas other agencies neglected. As the team was finished I looked at their vacuum canister that was filled with all the dirt and crud build up from areas we took for granted were cleaned by others. I was flooded with mixed emotions.... First was “embarrassment”. But that was soon overtaken by gratitude and gratefulness. We are so fortunate to have their services now. We have found with “Great Vibes” the personal care, professionalism and trust we have longed for in a home cleaning service. T & K Middleton
