Cara is literally the best massage therapist!!! If you’re pregnant, you need to see her! She helped me so much during pregnancy and postpartum. During pregnancy, I had pelvic floor pain and after seeing Cara it went away. I also had neck, back and shoulder pain and Cara helped relieve that pain. I had an all natural homebirth and it wouldn’t be the same without Cara and her amazing prenatal massages. I would count down the days until my next massage session. If you’re thinking about a prenatal massage, do it!!

In our session, together we address your body’s holding patterns, and work through technique and relaxation to release the muscles that may be tight and shortened; with an attuned sense of listening to both your body and your feedback. My goal is for you to feel relaxed and realigned in a way that serves you in your optimal health and functional alignment. I specialize in deep tissue, chronic pain, and prenatal/postpartum bodywork.
