Kendall is a remarkable practitioner. I have been working with her regularly for a few months now, and she has provided me with a rich, restorative space to safely explore very challenging experiences, memories, and feelings. Through my work with Kendall, I have safely faced lot of my trauma, developed a much better connection to my emotional and spiritual body, and been able to reach new levels of vulnerability and intimacy in my relationships.
She is a gifted and intuitive healer that is working, I believe, in a very important space. While my time with her is always restful and calming, she is facilitating inner work that can be intense and emotional. Before beginning our session, we have a check in about my intentions for the session, what's happening in my life that moment, and how I am feeling in my body. Once the session begins, she encourages me to share feelings, memories, and reflections as they arise during our sessions. Her energy work leads her to uncover areas of tension, blocks or stored trauma. She balances this with somatic breath work and visualization that helps me build a much stronger awareness of and connection to my body.
I initially sought out a somatic body worker as a complement to more traditional talk therapy, to help access and work through trauma stored in my body. But I have come to find that my sessions with Kendall are an essential part of my inner work.

I had a custom facial by Brandee and it was such a relaxing experience and I left with absolutely glowing skin. Her treatment room is very serene and spacious and the bed is very comfortable. It's hard for me to lay flat on my back but her bed is angled in such a way that your knees are properly elevated. It may seem like a small thing but it really makes all the difference. She did a custom facial for me, targeting my dry skin and some discoloration I have. The products she used are gentle but effective. I tend to have sensitive skin but I didn't experience any irritation either during the facial or in the days after. She was careful to be extra gentle around my mouth where I tend to be the most sensitive. And by all means get the radio frequency red light add on. It feels a little tingly (not at all painful) and leaves your skin feeling tightened.

My daughter and I each got a manicure and pedicure at Polished before my daughter’s wedding. Mikaela did a beautiful job and let my daughter try on and choose from a number of different color combos for an exquisite and very natural looking French manicure. She also has a very clean and lovely space surrounded by trees. It was a great experience all around!

I went for a routine cleaning the week before I was having a total knee replacement surgery. My bridge was loose and I had a cavity underneath. At first they wanted me to have it fixed the night before my surgery, I was uncomfortable with the timeline so they were able to fit me in on the same day. I was nervous about my upcoming surgery and Dr Pfaffinger put me at ease. He filled my cavity and had me on my way in less than an hour. I was able to take antibiotics the 5 days prior to my surgery. He was off work for the weekend but he told me if I had any issues I could call him. What a God send! thank you......ps. my surgeon was very happy I had it fixed beforehand.....

Dr Roberts did a maneuver that moved the crystals in the ear labyrinth and I am vertigo free. I am so grateful!
After coming home to a house filled with blood splatter I assumed the worst and thought one of my 6 animals was a goner. I searched the house to find my tiny baby girl Gizmo with blood all over her and a wounded tail. I grabbed her and flew down the hill into town. I called my now old vet and they couldn't fit me in (it was 3pm) but said if I paid $140 I could be seen as an emergency plus any other fees associated with the visit. I was bawling and couldn't understand why the fee was so expensive. I hung up and went straight to Four Paws. They took my sweet baby straight away and helped her immediately. I was frantic and a complete mess, everyone including Jessica was so comforting and eased my fears! I went to the this vet office because I knew Dr.Lester and had complete trust she could save my cat. I don't know why I ever went to any other office and thinking back I should have been bringing all my animals here. From now on I will only go to Dr Lester! We may have to amputate her tail but she had an alternative with a special dose of medicine to help Gizmos pain for a month! We are going to be monitoring her and going back in three weeks for a follow up. I am a trusted and loved pet sitter in the community, and not only will Dr Lester be the only vet I recommend, she will be forever in my thoughts and prayers. I absolutely love this place, don't even try the other offices in town. They way overcharge and won't be as helpful in an emergency as Four Paws! All the staff there were amazing, and we will tell the whole world about our awesome experience there!

Chula is truly a healer nestled in the woods. My back was locked up and she was able to see me last minute. She is extremely observant and even through my winter clothes noticed my misaligned hip. Her technique of dynamic facial response and other modalities took about 50% of my pain away that day and the next day I was almost back to normal. She was amazingly perscise, well versed in the human body and her techniques were obviously not regular massage. I also really appreciated her explaining of what she was doing. Came to see Karri as a recommendation from our family chiropractor and instantly gained insight on my babies body. Karri was gentle and thorough with my new born, she is knowledgeable and kind. I have seen significant improvements in my babies comfort level, digestion, little kinks in shoulders and hips and overall well being. Seeing her twice a week in the early weeks really helped and as we became consistent we were able to taper down to once per week.

Anne at Sierra Massage Therapy Center really helped me after an injury resulted in frozen shoulder. She has the knowledge and experience to assist the body into more flexibility and healing. Plus Anne taught me how to use KT tape to support my shoulder after massage treatments and during healing.
