Such a good experience here. My son got a crew cut and I was so impressed with the women who cut her hair. I do not exactly remember her name but it started with an M! She was so kind and so patient with my son, definitely will be going back and asking for the same woman to cut his hair. They also did say that this store will be closing in September so until then I will continue to go.
It’s okay. I asked for layers in the back and long bangs to the bottom of my ears. The lady cut above the ear and left a big chunk that makes my hair cut look like a wolf cut? Idk why she made layers above the bangs too? I showed them a picture of the example. Staff was nice, I think they just need more training especially the young lady with orange hair.
They were really nice but the girl with blonde highlights had her own way with my hair. We agreed on hair length and I came out with 8 fingers less than what we agreed. Yea, not happy.
