Only one person was in Customer Service, and was not that nice. I asked twice for confirmation everything was good with my car, and I only got a Yeah Yeah! sign here.They need to be nicer to customers, as we are paying good money for service.

Had the pleasure of buying a car from Louis here. He knows his product and made the experience enjoyable. Showed me a few options and got me dialed in on a certified pre owned Passat. The price was very fair compared to the market. My trade in was what I expected. In finance MO got me a good rate, got me coverage on tires, wheels, windshields, dents, and lost keys. While keeping me below the price point I wanted to be at. All in all if you’re looking for a good car buying experience ask for Louis and MO in finance.P.s Louis should be getting thrown a spiff

My husband bought a car on May 2023 we are still waiting for our registration fee refund. We paid a total of $607 on fees. They told us we will get a refund, we provide them Nonresident Military Exemption Statement form at the time of the transaction.We should be exempt on VLF since we are in the military and we are nonresident. When we got our registation in the mail it shows $ 127 paid, then we received only $33 refund from volkwagen, which we didn't cash since we should be getting more.
