SAVED US THOUSANDS. Had another plumber come out and advised that we had roots in our pipes. Said they would need to take out part of the floor and wall in 2 places, do major work and we would need to redo the floor and wall after they were done. Was going to be between $8-12k. Called MVP Rooter for a second opinion and they were able to find the issue was easily fixed just by pulling the roots out by hand. Had us back in operations in less than 30 minutes and fixed a toilet that had been broken for years while he was at it. I will ONLY call MVP Rooter from now on. I would highly recommend their service.
I had a whole house back up and thought I just needed to have things cleaned out. Turns out it was a whole house re-piping. Mike was amazing. He and his team showed up on a holiday to get started since he felt it was such an emergency. They were quick and professional.
Mike and the whole crew at MVP are exactly what you'd hope for from a small local business. They are responsive, they are honest, and they put in the time to make you feel like they care as opposed to some of these companies that are just trying to get through the job as fast as possible.I recently had a plumbing issue and needed them to come out to see what was wrong. They do free estimates. Mike and his gang figured out what the problem was almost immediately and fixed it within a few minutes. When I pulled out my wallet to pay, he told me that it was free of charge due to how quickly it was solved, and just said remember us next time you have a plumbing problem.That kind of service, especially out of a plumbing business, kind of blows my mind. This is exactly the company that I will be doing business with in the future, and I encourage you to do the same.
