Been going here with Bertha since 2008. Very patient and dedicated workers and Bertha is very knowledgeable and helpful. There is always a line of people so the wait can be frustrating but so worth it, wouldn't trust anyone else with my taxes!

Been coming with Bertha for 4 years for our taxes and she is super helpful the same as her workers , polite and explaining everything step by step. Always trying to get us the max for our refund.

I have been coming here for years and the customer service is great. The staff prepares all your documents then you wait and they'll send you over to Bertha. She is bi lingual in English and Spanish which helps. Bertha is very clear at explaining every detail and I like how she has her computer monitor facing you the customer so you can see all the numbers/info she is entering. Also the price for there service cannot be beat. Its cheaper than turbo tax!
