I got a haircut and blowdry from Jazz and was so happy with the results. My lifelong stylist was injured and then I think he retired when I last called for an appointment. I was devastated. I went to a small place just for a simple bob and was so unhappy with the results.When I went to Jazz at JCP he understood exactly what I needed to correct that last cut. I will definitely go back. He was quick and clearly an experienced professional.

I took my girls to jc Penney salon and it was a great experienced.My girls have curly hair and super dry and its hard to maintain.I got them deep conditioning treatment as well and the hair dresser Marco was the one that helped us and I'd say he did an exceptional job to our hair and very knowledgeable,he knew exactly what kind of hair cut you need.Im now happy and satisfied with the results because now our hair looks so healthy specially my girls..If you need hair cut or hair treatment I would highly suggest Jc Penney Salon and make sure to book with Marco. FYI, make sure you make an appointment before you go because I'm not sure if they do walk ins.

My experience is always amazing !! From the time I check in for my appointment. The staff is always so friendly, professional and accommodating. My hair stylist Christine is a God send Angel she has always treated my hair with so much care and she has been very accommodating and I always leave feeling so beautiful. I recommend JC Pennys Salon in Plaza Bonita .
