I love this place! I've been a loyal customer for more than five years. I'm very fortunate to have found a place that stands for professional core values, one of which is empathy. My eyebrows feel fresh instead of sore. She makes sure my eyebrows are adequate for my face—not too thin, not too big, but just right.

It feels nice to have someone taking care of you, and this is the place you want to be when it comes to that.

I just went in this Tuesday. This is normally the eyebrow place I go to since they first did the grand opening. I really love it but now it's more about who you get. Recently I did my eyebrows and the Young lady didn't even ask how I wanted them and keep in mind she had no one there. she did my eyebrows very fast and has an attitude. She looks like she is in her 30s. Be careful with her service. This was on July 22,2024 she left my eyebrows very thin! Very upset with this, she also cut me and I had asked if she did and said NO.

Only giving it 3 stars because I have received good service in the past. But it is inconsistent based on who is there. And so this the last time I go here. I asked to get my eyebrows cleaned up no shaping specifically because I have a history of people doing my eyebrows too thin and this lady bladed me. And after I told her it was too thin she shrugged and said "sorry" and that was it. Then had the nerve to look angry I didn't tip. I already have rbf so it's just really frustrating when people thin my eyebrows because it makes me look even meaner‍
