went in asking for a wolfcut with big bangs in the front and the back to be long, i came out and i had barely enough hair for bangs and the back genuinely looks like an undercut and feels like a buzz cut. they basically chopped all my hair off even though i gave them a reference and specifically said it keep it long. also, its called brow spa now if anyone is wondering.

Came in for a hair cut. Simply asked for a trim. As soon as I blinked my hair is held in the air and cut in half. The man proceeds to give me a choppy butchered hair cut that's resembled a grown out mullet. I kindly asked him to stop, paid, left and paid another stylist to fix and even out the hair. Never again!
