I had an initial consult with John and explained to him that my main issue was energy efficiency and solutions to cool my house down with a unique structure, no attic space, and exposed wood beams inside. John suggested I replace my existing skylights with a version that can open to decompress the heat. Additionally, he suggested a TPO cool roof system that provides for additional deflection of heat. I must say, the results have been great. The house is significantly cooler, by about 7 degrees. And the roof and skylights look beautiful. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!
