Worst experience I've ever had with a flooring contractor.
And then Jesus Martinez calls me to try to intimidate me after seeing my review. Cursing at me! He said the hob was done right but never even showed up with the homeowner. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional.

West Coast Flooring was an absolute pleasure to work with. From there appraiser, Phil, to there installer, Kyle, we had our damaged dining room floor looking like new again. I would recommend them to anyone in need of flooring without hesitation.

We had Jesus evaluate our 65 year old oak floor after we removed the wall-to-wall carpets. He was knowledgeable and positive and gave us a very fair estimate for repairing and refinishing. He didn't flinch when we asked him to add on a couple more chores with it. Kyle and Jose came to do the work. They arrived promptly and worked hard (even helped by moving the 2 heaviest pieces of our furniture for us). The work was done in the time estimated, the resulting floors are beautiful, and I have no hesitation at all in recommending them highly!
