Valley Cleaners is a small business that offers reliable alterations and dry cleaning services. Customers appreciate the wonderful seamstress, who remembers them and provides excellent service. Many have praised the quality of work and quick turnaround times. Even challenging items like stained scarves and dirty throws are restored to like-new condition. While some have noted slight price increases, the friendly customer service and outstanding results make it a valued choice for alterations and cleaning needs.
I have been coming here for years for alterations and dry cleaning services. I used to work in the hospitality industry and frequently had dry cleaning serviced here. Ren who does clothing alterations is so wonderful, always remembers me and will make additional alterations if needed. I have never had issues with turnaround time or quality.
Valley Cleaners does a great job. I brought a stained scarf and a very dirty (thanks to my pup) white throw in for cleaning, not expecting much could be done. I was so pleasantly surprised when I came to pick everything up and saw that the throw looked brand new! I wound up paying about $10 more than I was quoted, but due to the excellent job they did and their friendly customer service, I didn't mind.
This business is a mixed bag. I've only been once and I think they got it about half right. I needed two shirts cleaned. One shirt had a stain in the back which I asked if they could remove. The other shirt had an even older stain on the cuff that I assumed no one could remove. They cleaned the second stain, but the first stain stayed. They were also a day late in having the cloths ready. The staff is very friendly and professional. I found out they send their clothes off to Fairfield to actually wash or dry clean, that's understandable, I just wish I could find a place that did the actual work on-site. Lastly, $4 per shirt is fairly expensive. Granted, it is Napa, and after COVID I am sure there are not that many dry cleaning businesses left. However, I am not that sure if it is worth coming back.
