My husband and I were vacationing in Napa when the battery failed on his old Dell computer. Found this fantastic company which was a block from our hotel, and what a gem! We walked in, they helped us find the proper battery on Amazon, we had it delivered to their office, they installed it and emailed us quickly-- charging a very reasonable fee for prompt and expert service. Great people with a fun sense of humor as well. Highly recommend TCS!

Allen, who owns the business, is always immediately responsive and follows through to a solution to any problems that we've ever had. He and his employees are a pleasure to work with.
