They have an open appointment, see pets with so much love and care, and are able to scope them, locate issues, and have them ready for pick up in less than 6 hours. They also take it a step further and update vaccines and trim nails. From the front office, to the support staff to the physicians and surgeons, all around an incredible team. Dr. Campbell as well as the RVT were great with pets, taking the time with behavioral aspects. The receptionist were very polite too. They are amazing and 100% worth the money. 5 starts are not enough. This is our regular vet and every time our puppy finds herself injured this team is there for her. Today she had a fox tail in the nose during my lunch and I drive her straight there. They had an open appointment, they saw her with so much love and care. They were able to scope her, located the fox tail and had her ready for pick up IN LESS THAN 6 HOURS. They took it a step further and updated her vaccines and trimmed her nails. From the front office, to the support staff to the physicians and surgeons all around an incredible team. So thankful for her to be a patient here.
Dr. Campbell as well as the RVT were Great with Enzo! He's a bit fearful with Vet visits but he's muzzled trained for safety. Dr. Campbell really took the time with the behavioral aspects. Like I told Dr. Campbell He's a special Needs CBR and I'm his service person! Overall my first visit to SVH was stellar! The receptionist were very polite too! Keep up the strong work!
I've been going to Silverado Vet for a few months as we recently relocated to the area based on neighbors recommendations. All the vets are stellar as are the vet techs and the front desk. My little dog has been well taken care of from immunizations to teeth cleaning. They run on time and are great at communicating medical information and costs. Highly Recommend!
