Had a great experience here! Got. Basic manicure and a basic pedicure. They did a great job. There was a lot of attention to detail and a great hand and foot massage. Also, I am not a big talker even it comes to appointments and I really appreciated that I didn't have to make small talk. Made the experience more enjoyable and relaxing for me!

The people were very nice and the studio seemed clean. After my daughter and I left, however, her finger started hurting and we realized they had cut very deep around her cuticles. She was bleeding slightly and it was red. sore, and already oozing. We also noticed little air holes all around our nails (and some other more minor issues). When I called, they offered to redo our nails which I expected but given my daughter's very sore and already infected looking nail as well as how some of my cuticles were also feeling a bit raw (but not like my daughter's). I explained that we were not comfortable returning and I would really just like a partial refund (not a full refund as they did do work that should be compensated). I even offered to send them pictures. I was repeatedly ignored in that request and then eventually told no. He didn't acknowledge that we did not feel comfortable returning due to our cuticles clearly not being handled correctly and my concerns about the quality of the product used. I explained why repeatedly and again, was simply told no. I think these are nice people but their product is old, my daughter had to repeatedly point out missed spots on her nails only to find more spots when we got outside, her finger is very sore so I'm worried about infection, and we paid about $50 only to come home with the most horrible nails I've ever had from a salon. I'm so bummed the manager/owner wasn't willing to concede any real assistance to us given the circumstance. We won't be going back.

Wanted to try this place as I was in the area, it was probably one of the worst pedicures / manicures I've had in awhile. Services was extremely rushed as people started trickling in right after my service started. Massage was about a minute long, no dead skin was cut from my toes or my nails. Nail shape was done poorly. Manicure for her to "shape" , a minute massage and a clear polish was $25 Only reason I gave two stars is because the people in there are nice, but I definitely wont be back.
