I just had such an amazing service with the manicurist Charlie. He was so careful and did such an amazing job with the painting. Coming from someone who has worked at a nail salon myself, I'd like to put in my thoughts, as this salon is stunning. If you're looking to get your nails done in Napa Valley, I highly recommend this spot.
I've come here a couple of times, and they always do a great job! I usually get a gel pedicure - mainly the super deluxe pedicure. I've also gotten the jelly pedicure and the cosmo spa pearl pedicure. These pedicures include all the works and are super relaxing! The staff listen and are very attentive! They offer a great color selection, plus free drinks and snacks!
I’ve been here probably 6+ times. For me, it was very good quality service if I got one of the male techs there. Very professional, listen well, no arrogance or attitude, perfectionists. But getting one of the female techs was pretty much the opposite lol, and forget about asking for very simple nail art, looked like a 5 year old did it. I stopped going, didn’t feel the quality matched the price and too much attitude when asking for basic stuff, like a tip on a broken nail so it would match the rest of the nails…
