So happy with the pharmacy... easy parking, quick pickup, great associate who checked me in promptly and provided excellent care. He scanned my bar code on my phone and within moments I had my prescription and was able to pay via contactless payment. Super cheerful and easy experience with lots of staff. Every single window was staffed and there was no waiting. Very happy with Kaiser Napa... just wish they would build a hospital in Napa!

Kaiser drop the ball in many aspects and the last one was one of its nursing breaking my computer screen by lowering the bed on top of it - and Kaiser refusing to pay $60 bucks claim (Kaiser Redwood City). Do they deserve another star? I could try to compensate for their services but to be honest it's hard to say kaiser is a good provider. Kaiser is just another band-aid offering cheap solutions to keep alive to keep paying their premium. In 2024 I hurt my back when in Mexico (Merida) and an X-ray cost me $22 dollars. How can Mexico do it and US not?? That's the mystery!! But anyway, Kaiser is here to keep sucking on us!!

Pharmacist Soney in the pharmacy is so fast & will go above & beyond to get his patients what they want & need! he is not argumentative or rude 9unlike the ladies that ring you up!! excluding Mary. They won't smile & will lie to your face just to get you out of their line. SONEY COMES ALONG & ALWAYS STRAIGHTENS IT OUT. I never see a pharm manager MIA always. 90 percent of the time. I UNDERSTAND, pts can be a handfull most are very ill & the ladies will still argue. so what is their excuse? Soney runs circles around them, PROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, SUPER FAST, DEVELOPS A SINCERE RAPPORT WITH HIS PATIENTS.
