New to Napa and Dr. Jeff and staff were great! He explained in detail what he was examining and why and they were all very efficient (wrangling two stubborn yet excited bulldogs). So happy to find such a great vet near our new home. Special shoutout to Heather at the front desk who was also very kind and informative with prescriptions, billing, scheduling, etc.
Dr. Jeff was so helpful and thorough when I brought my two very shy cats in for a check up. He gave me amazing advice to help my cat’s anxiety, and everything he said worked! The staff was also very friendly and nice. I highly recommend.
Dr. Northrup and his staff are wonderful. There is a reason it's hard to get an appointment here. It is absolutely worth the wait. You and your pets are treated with kindness and respect. Vet care is always going to be expensive but they don't overcharge like several other veterinary offices in town.
