My American Cocker Spaniel hurt his left rear leg on the 7th of this month. I tried to get in every where in Napa an Cordelia for help .
I called a friend and she helped me with giving me names of places there.
I went to Napa River Pet Hospital wit him and Meet the nicest doctor and others there That took us in with just a small wait.
My dog had all kinds of x-rays to see the damage he had done.
Dr. John Moody took care of him an also told me what I would need to do.
Two days later after going through places to take him, I called back to Napa River an asked them if they would give me a referral to UC Davis . He now has appt with them to have it taken...read full review
Good experience with the doctors apart from spending the money, but I understand that's how it is. However, I do have to say the front receptionists have terrible attitudes. You are never greeted at the door, they hardly acknowledge you, and whenever i see them they are on their phone. I know other people who have had the same experience with these girls. Not sure how they continue to be employed based off their attitude. However, there is one girl who at the napa west pet hospital who was truly nice to us. I'm not sure of her name, I think it was Natalie.
On a Saturday morning, we suspected that a foxtail was embedded our pup's paw. He was not going to let me have a look at it. Napa River Hospital (my DMV was closed until Monday) graciously allowed me to bring Bosch in to have his paw checked. It was a foxtail and it was removed. Pup is on the mend and we will be forever grateful ! (Changing our DVM to Napa River Pet Hospital) This DVM practice is awesome !
