This team was great from start to finish. They were quick to get the inspection done and estimate to me for review and approval. They were communicative about what they needed from me and what I needed to do to prepare for the replacement.The new roof is fabulous. The team moved quickly and was very clean. Grateful to the team at Modern Method Roofing! During this last batch of rain and wind, one of our downspouts detached, leaving water to pool quickly in front of our house. We called the team at Modern Method Roofing, they took our information and told us they would get someone out as soon as possible. To our surprise, and even though the weather was terrible and I am sure they were very busy, they came out within the hour to fix our problem and help however they could. Excellent customer service and a job well done! Hands down one of the best companies we have worked with.

I got estimates from several companies last year and this year and went with Modern Method Roofing. From the delightful first call with Cynthia, the pleasant demeanor of Bruce who provided the estimate, the workmanship of Luis C. and Francisco, and the correspondences with Cynthia, Bruce and Lisa, the job was done well and in a timely manner for a reasonable price. I am such a worrier, so I left my husband to handle being home when the roof was installed. Prior to the new roof, I wanted to sell our house. Now I am at peace and I am thankful for all those involved for making the process a smooth one. My next door neighbor has commented twice on how good our roof looks...read full review
