But I do know that when I took a class at KO Performance--just two to three 30-minute classes a week--I could feel the difference in strength and endurance faster than I would have thought possible. I credit Kevin more than any medical professional with recovering from my knee injury. I love the 30 minute small group classes! I would recommend KO Performance to anyone interested in improving their health.

Kevin (owner) and Jeff (trainer) lead small group classes Monday through Saturday, for a half hour each, several times per day. If you are not the usual gym "type," I promise this is the gym for you.The clientele are the nicest people in Napa, and range from high school athletes to grandparents. Workouts are intense, but short. Kevin and Jeff do a great job of accommodating and tracking each person's individual needs and abilities.They encourage you to attend a few sessions for free to see if it is a fit.
