And add to that the easy communication with Santosh and Bryce over a group text, the daily emails summarizing each day's work at our home, and the weekly budget reviews to make sure we have no surprises; no other contractor / builder we've worked with in the past held a candle to these guys. And we've worked with a lot of them.

We had a duplex (top and bottom unit) that needed siding, windows, insulation, stairs and awnings. The Good Guys came in with a good quote and we have never regretted going with them. Their attention to detail and communication was top notch. I would highly recommend them.
