The tech Eugene was Very vague with the description of the part I needed, he told me to call his manager to get more info on the part number. When I reached out to the woman she said refused to give me the part number in an attempt from me taking my business thru another company with the knowledge of me already knowing the part I would need to avoid paying for another diagnostic. They only got the $75 diagnostic fee out of me, I would never do business with this company

The quote you sent was ridiculous 330$ to change a gasket and door latch after paying 75$ for guy to look at is for 3 min

Prompt and honest didn’t try and sell me anything I didn’t need. As a single mother who doesn’t have any idea what is actually happening in an HVAC system, I will definitely be using them again when I have to upgrade my unit.
