Chris has been upfront and brutally honest about our wants and needs. Our house is 71yrs old and our visions of its potential can be met but reality is that permitting and weather can cause any small thing to become great! He has been easy to reach- super fast to respond- and professional as all get’out! We know that things take time and many factors are not known until uncovered. He has been great and while some have been unhappy- we understand what to expect and he has always MORE than delivered! Be reasonable and not naive and the experience will be taxing but very rewarding. We have other projects in mind and once we budget- Chris will be our first call/txt! Thanks Chris!
