Terry rewired part of our house as part of a remodeling project. He is highly experienced, a good communicator, easy to work with, and clearly cares about the people he serves. We'll call upon him again!
BTP (before the plague), I sent out bid requests (with pictures) to at least 15 advertised Napa electricians. My requested jobs were not big (light switch replacements, fixture replacements, etc.). Only 4 electricians showed an interest in my request. Three of them offered exorbitant job-length times and hourly rates. One of the three was out-and-out rude. Four Star Electric (707) 224-9561 was the only one offering an EXTREMELY reasonable rate. As the shelter in place took hold, Terry Litle had to delay his services for a few weeks, but he kept in touch with me during the wait. He eventually arrived to scope out the job (wearing a mask) and completed the job in a couple of hours. He even offered a final rate BELOW his original estimate. Because I was so pleased with his work and the fact that he had kept in touch with me, I refused his offer and paid a little more than his original bid estimate! If the need arises, I will look no further than Four Star. Thanks Terry!
