I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback regarding my experience with Formation Stone. In particular Ana.Ana has provided the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Ana has been very responsive, professional, and friendly. She got back to me very quickly with inquiries I had and processed my order in a very timely manner.In a time when customer service is sorely lacking, Ana was a breath of fresh air and Formation Stone is very lucky to have such an amazing employee.I was originally working with a company in Sacramento who completely dropped the ball and whose prices were much higher than Formation Stone's. So, I guess the Sacramento company did me a favor as I saved quite a bit of money.

Amazing selection of sheet granite, some of the best I've ever seen. Napa is a new location for the company, their 4th with others in Palm Desert, San Leandro and Bend Oregon. Their company motto is "OUR PASSION FOR EXOTIC STONE AND SURFACES RUNS DEEP" and you can tell. The building was for many years operated by Gelow's News Service. It was a rundown, dilapidated facility that is now completely remodeled and has undergone an amazing transformation.

I really enjoyed my experience shopping for kitchen counters at Formation Stone. They have a great showroom warehouse that is very spacious and I crowded. We focused on quartzite, but they have good selections of a lot of materials. Their staff was friendly and very knowledgeable on both their products and competing products. If you're shopping for a new countertop, this is a great place to check out.
