Ordered gold they sent Black and haven't made it right. Want me to pay for return shipping even.Absolutely ridiculous, told us there a small business. I do not care even the slightest, we are also a small business 5 employees. If we make a mistake we make it right.Bad form. 6+ year customer with etched images.There's allot of wax companies.If you make a mistake, don't give your customer the run around and waste all of our very valuable time as we're all small businessesBut some of us have more honor than others when it comes to mistakes.

Literally watched the woman who I assume is the owner scream bloody murder and profanities at a bunch of girls in the business park because they were parked in front of her place. So crazy to see someone be so hateful for such little reason. This should be a very public reminder that you never know who you're screwing with or who could witness your bad behavior. There were a bunch of us who saw the whole thing. It was that loud. All I'm saying is I'm sure I'll never recommend this business. I and anyone I know would never want to work with such a sour and smug woman. And didn't you even think what if those girls work in the industry or maybe their family even owns a winery?...read full review

I have always had a good experience with Etched Images. Recently, however, they went above and beyond and really came through for us in a pinch. Their NoChip Dip wax is a beautiful product -- the finish is shiny and luxurious. We will never buy our wax from anywhere else. R&B Cellars Richmond, CA
