This company is not a good choice. We made the mistake of choosing them as our bookkeeper for our business and it was so hard to get in touch with anyone from here we contacted them via phone and email and there would be no response. If anyone has to choose a bookkeeper I would advise it not be Elite.

I am not someone to write a negative review but this company needs to get their systems in place. I've been in business almost 30 years and I've never had so many problems with my payroll.

My parents are small business owners in Napa that entrusted the services that Elite Financial Services provided for over five years. However, all trust was broken when we received a letter from the IRS with frightening penalties. We later came to find out that they had never filed our taxes for the past two years and that the services we paid for never were completed.
