CommuniCare+OLE South Napa Campus

For the past few years, I’ve sometimes felt like the receptionists at the South Napa location weren’t very friendly. Whenever I needed help with something, I often felt rushed or like I was bothering them just by asking questions.

Recently, I needed help with getting some of my medications refilled and sent to a different pharmacy. Adriana was so kind and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to what I had to say, and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience.

I called the clinic, and the woman who answered, Natalia, was incredibly helpful during both of my calls. Her customer service was amazing each time. She went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, and she was very pleasant and patient throughout the process. She truly made my day. We need more people like her.

When I first was provided with a health provider. I got a really nice doctor named Dr Mason Donnell I had a pleasure of meeting him and he was so nice. He prescribed me with some low dose blood pressure medication and some potassium aka Losartin . And vitamin D . And I enjoyed my office visits with him. I’m gonna miss him when he leaves in April . He made me feel comfortable. And the other doctor I have seen was Doctor Denise Maldonado. She was also very nice and kind and she explains everything to me easily and I love my doctor visits here at communicare ole in Napa .
