Patients can expect person-centered care tailored to their individual needs. The campus features optometry services on a first-come, first-served basis. Lab services are also available on the first floor, while medical services are located on the third floor. Both the lab and medical services have spacious waiting areas. Patients have praised the friendly and helpful staff, particularly the dental team. I called the clinic, and the woman who answered, Natalia, was incredibly helpful during both of my calls. Her customer service was amazing each time. She went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, and she was very pleasant and patient throughout the process. She truly made my day. We need more people like her.
When I first was provided with a health provider. I got a really nice doctor named Dr Mason Donnell I had a pleasure of meeting him and he was so nice. He prescribed me with some low dose blood pressure medication and some potassium aka Losartin . And vitamin D . And I enjoyed my office visits with him. I’m gonna miss him when he leaves in April . He made me feel comfortable. And the other doctor I have seen was Doctor Denise Maldonado. She was also very nice and kind and she explains everything to me easily and I love my doctor visits here at communicare ole in Napa .
I have had very positive experiences at CommuniCare+OLE South. The reception team is always informed, engaged, and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure each patient gets the information needed.
I have met with Morgan Logan and appreciate her thoroughness with each visit. She is concerned about my health more than how long or short I am in the exam chair. Each nurse that I have worked with is equally attentive.
The facilities are clean and inviting which is amazing considering the number of patients they see per day.
