You can work out in minutes using the latest technology and see weight loss and muscle tone benefits fast or you can go have a spa day using red light treatments (a full red light bed in addition to other devices), infra red sauna, cold plunge, the latest fat reduction and muscle repair equipment and add on a tan at the end! Ronda and Len have been nurturing the Napa community for years, they are dedicated to self care and to the care of others, this is their hobby and it is always a pleasure to visit with them and also take advantage of all the wonderful equipment!
