Reasonably priced and always a job well done! They lost a garment of mine but Alex the owner was eager to make the situation right. Much appreciated -- this is the kind of place you can feel good about doing business with.

I've used EVERY dry cleaner in the valley & have had major issues with all of them, lost, damaged, overbilled, you name it. This place is a gem. Imagine a dry cleaner that accepts your clothes, cleans them, presses them, does alterations & repairs & gives them back to you @ the time & VERY fair price you agreed on. It's a novel concept in this town but these guys do it. It's the most inconvenient location for me as I don't have other needs to go to Browns Valley but I'll gladly make the drive until I can get them to deliver :)

I took an ultralight down coat, which had what seemed like an oil stain across the front and down one arm, to Browns Valley Cleaners. After cleaning, the stain was smaller but still visible so they offered to re-clean it. The second time was the charm -- it came out completely! When I went to pay, they said there was no charge at all because it was a re-do. I was stunned and so pleased by their effort to make this right, and most of all for saving the coat!
