I had previously used this service with no issue. I attempted several times to make contact and they ignored my inquires. Left several messages and their system stated they would contact me. No contact was ever made on their part. This was over a span of 2 weeks. Disappointed especially since there was a time crunch.

I couldn't have asked for better service! I had to postpone our baby shower twice due to covid but they worked with me and were so flexible. They were reasonably priced and prompt in their delivery and I got exactly what I needed. If I have another party in the area I will go straight to them for my party needs. Thank you True Parties!
