This review is long overdue. We did a complete kitchen remodel earlier this year and had Dave do all of our new cabinets. When you meet Dave you know exactly what you’re going to get. He’s an honest, kind, and very detailed and organized person. He’s a great communicator and exactly the type of person you want to be involved in your project. We encountered several issues throughout our remodel that led to change orders and delays for him and he was still kind and helpful throughout it all. I really appreciate the amazing work, because it came out beautifully, but also the service I received throughout the project. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Dave "the Refined Craftsman" and his crew of specialty painters, strainers and installers is careful to design and give you custom cabinetry. Dave looked at my designs for wall unit, floating shelves and mantle and took detailed measurements for an honest estimate. He took time to explain hinges, door panel, types of wood and came up with suggestions for wiring holes and power grommets. While we are still waiting for the drawer slides (on a boat somewhere) to finish the job, we are extremely pleased with what has been completed thus far. Dave communicated regularly on progress and install date. Prior to calling Dave, we priced unit at Home Dept and Lowe's. We learned it was difficult to get the custom configurations we wanted and the ordering timelines were 12-20 weeks out. Shopping for cabinetry in this inflated market is a bit of a sticker shock but we were thrilled to have found Dave, who worked us in after 8 weeks. We are most grateful for the quality work of this Refined Craftsman. We will post pics upon completion.
