Walter was punctual. He is a very well kept young man and very polite and respectful. I appreciated that he was so concerned with my safety although I was more concerned with the price. He was very through in his explanations of different alternatives. He is very awesome. The crew that came and did the work was very polite and efficient. The only time I saw them not working was during their lunch break; they put in a full day work every time they came out to work. They appeared to be very knowledgeable about their job.
