I recently had the pleasure of working with Sievers Construction on a paver project for my patio and sidewalk at my home. After receiving bids from several contractors I decided to go with Sievers Construction and I am glad I did. I was looking for a local construction company that didn’t have several layers of people with their unnecessary hands in the project. Without exception the larger companies had overhead that included fees to organizations like Angie’s, telemarket fees, commission sales doing the bids, general contracting companies, then the subcontractors, foreman for the project and that was all before paying the workers for the project. Absolutely an excellent job on removing an old tiled patio an pouring an new concrete one. Sal and his team were super fast, explained everything, paid attention to details and cleaned up afterwards. The price was very reasonable and plan to use them in the future.

Sal and his team is a great job pouring a 20x9 concrete patio. Sal reached out and gave an estimate very soon after I posted my project. The team was professional and they gave us the service we asked for. The value of their work was considerably better priced than competitors and they did excellent work.
