I had a very disappointing experience with this dry cleaner. I brought in a garment with specific instructions to remove a few stains, trusting they would handle it with care. When I went to pick it up, I was shocked to find that not only were the original stains still there, but there were also additional things like stitching coming off that hadn’t been present before as this is a brand new piece. Even worse, the staff didn’t seem aware of the issue until I pointed it out. There was no apology or explanation. For a service that should pay attention to detail, this experience was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this dry cleaner.

Shrunk one of my husbands nice cashmere sweaters. They attempted to “fix” it but could not. Told me they would give me credit for future and would note my account. Some months down the line Went to redeem said credits and it was nowhere to be found in their “notes”. After arguing with me for ten minutes he asked me what I wanted him to do… I told him to give me my clothes at no charge. He eventually did and that was the last time there. No thanks. I’ll go across the street

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. They did not have my garment ready in time and lost it it for a few hours. The gentleman who helped me was laughing saying " sorry, our fault"Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
