“My neighbor and I needed our roofs done concurrently. First call for an estimate was to Baker Roofing. I had seen them in the community numerous times, and it seems all I spoke with were extremely happy and recommended Baker Roofing hands down. Out of eight different estimates and evaluating what each offered the decision was made. Baker Roofing- hands down. The crew sent out removed two layers of previous shingles down to the plywood in one day. Then we lost the next day. This was at no fault of Bakers. Like other construction projects work need to be signed off by an inspector. That was the cause of the hold up. Not a big deal since in the following two days any wood repair/replacement (each address got 2 sheets plywood per the contract) new underlayment, high quality shingles and vents were put in place.
