My mother currently goes for treatment. The PTs are great - knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk staff are unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. If the business owner reads the feedback, get new front staff. Pay a decent wage to the workers or hire more workers to help them out. They seem to hate their jobs and the impression of the business is being driven down by them.

Staff are amazing first off let's get that clear, like for sure the best in their field there's a heated pool on site & anything you could possibly need to get you back to normal life

Rancho Physical Therapy (Hancock- Murrieta location) has been a tremendous help with my neck injury. First, the front office is very efficient and get you in very fast.They are great at accommodating my schedule and it was the only office in the region that got me my appointment within a few days of insurance approval, where other offices would take weeks. On my first day, I was scared and still confused about my diagnosis, Doc Wes spent a good hour reading radiologist' notes from my MRI and explained sentence by sentence what it all meant, and explained what it would take to recover.He was there for me and I felt like I could trust him over my own primary care doc.... read full review
