I have been going to see Jarrad for several years now. I moved out of state a couple years ago and I still drive in every year to have my taxes prepared by Jarrad. He is extremely thorough and professional. The process is ALWAYS painless. I am ALWAYS happy with the result. The environment at Team Tax is great. Everyone is polite, and friendly. I always feel welcomed when I arrive. Even with everything going on in the world, the environment that Team Tax, and Jarrad provide is comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming. If you're looking for a genuine taste of normalcy AND extremely good service, look no further than Team Tax. I highly recommend them, and specifically Jarrad. 10/10!!!! P.S. If you're one of those still living in fear of the plague, they offer complete contactless services as well. They'll help you stay "safe" and give you great service. P.P.S I was offered this service when I made my appointment but in case you miss it, just ask about it when you call for an appointment so you don't have to leave a bad Yelp review later. Lol

Fantastic experience! I had an in office appointment, my son dropped off his documents because of his schedule and my mom had hers completed contactless. Very warm and inviting office. My taxes were completed within the hour and all my concerns were addressed. They are open year round and i was referred by my friend who has been going there for years. Makes tax preparation stress free because i have complete confidence in their services and expertise! See you next year!

No masks. I left TeamTax's office today before taking my appointment because the staff does not wear masks and will not wear masks. This would have been my 4th year of using TeamTax and their services and pricing were OK to fine. While it is, of course, their right to run their business as they wish, I wonder why they did not tell me about this office policy when I made an appointment over a month ago. Wasted a lot of my time. Update: Used the top Yelp reviewed tax service instead. Very good, $100 less.
