Travis and Victor came out on time (actually earlier which was perfect) to figure out the problem I was having. They lined up the floor with plastic sheets and worked their way into the attic to check out the unit. Travis reset the unit and re-paired the remotes (I bought a second one because I wanted it for downstairs) and everything seemed to function well. Very honest/friendly guys and appreciated them answering all my questions. We’re super stoked we purchased our Whole House Fan from the QC Guys. Great customer service from the get go and service was fantastic! They are more than five stars!!!

What a great company, product and installation team. I was concerned about the install process but they made it seamless and easy. Love the product. All in-home product companies should follow QC Guys model because it's clear they have it dialed-in to perfection. Thank You ?
