Steve is a wealth of knowledge. I called asking about computer services; such as a tune-up; and purchasing a new computer from him. He was courteous as to timing to not have me without my laptop for longer than needed; and provided great help in education on what technical details are important for computers to run efficiently. He offers new and used/updated computers for sale, which maybe my better option vs. trying to fix my old one.

Steve saves the day!

I left it alone for an hour and suddenly my computer decided it was simply not going to turn on anymore. I could hear the fans still moving inside, the battery light was on, but the power button did absolutely nothing. I knew there was life in there, but after trying everything I could find online and nothing worked- I called Steve.

I gave him a call and, after trying some simple trouble shooting over the phone, Steve was able to take my computer right away. I swear he must have the magic touch because within 3 minutes he had everything back up and running again. He was so quick to help and didn't overcharge... read full review
