I will specifically report on product quality once we install the turf, but the attentive, thorough, cheerful, knowledgeable service Hector at the Murrieta store provided deserves its own review. I felt well cared-for, courteously assisted in decision-making, and never talked down to. Truly, he went beyond what I expected and I’d go back again in a heartbeat, even though he’s a Red Sox fan. ?
This place is amazing, they have a variety of options that you can choose from, it’s very organized and clean. I cannot rave enough about the customer service that Alec provided. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered every question I had, got us with all the needed material, got us efficiently checked out and loaded. THANK YOU ALEC!!
