Been coming here for a number of years since it's just down the street. I didn't have too many issues with the previous owners, but I think they reused tools between clients. The first thing I noticed with the current owners is that they now line the spa pedicure basins with plastic, so it's more hygienic than before. workers were really nice & environment was clean. I loved the quality of the work I got done. When I paid for the acrylic nail set, I wish it came with a cuticle clean up/prep along with the nail prep, but that's on my end for not asking! Other than that, great place and will be back!

When everyone else seem to have dismissed us because we were walk-ins, ProfessioNAILS took us in. We did not mind the wait. Sonny gave me a very beautiful French manicure that lasted 3 weeks (could have been 4 weeks if I did not break a nail). Le gave me and hubby a very nice scrubbing and cleaning (pedicure) on the first time. On the second visit, Kim took care of our feet.Sonny, Le, and Kim are very nice, warm, bashful folks who does a perfect job. We came here for medical reasons (doctor's order) and they made our experience so heavenly without any pain. They have gentle hands. We can now go back to our primary care proud and confident of our hands and feet.
