I got hurt at work and the Nurse Practioner or Physician Assistant and PT at Concentra discharged me after a week. So I tried to rehab myself at home for almost a year with no progress. With my husband's wise advice, I went to Perpetual Motion Physical Therapy , and OMG they were able to rebuild the strength and restore the function of my right shoulder and arm. I was able to raise my right arm above my head without any pain and most importantly, I was able to wash my left armpit which I couldn't do for almost a year!

The entire team is AMAZING! Bernice is always pleasant and very helpful in scheduling and changing my appointments. One day, I forgot my appointment and she called me to reschedule it for the same day! She has the most calming and sweetest voice on the phone. Dr. Richie is highly knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to understand my needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. All the PT assistants are very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Perpetual Motion Physical Therapy for their excellent professional care. Dr. Rey Mojares is most helpful and encouraging in my recovery. Their facility provides a pleasant atmosphere and its staff is attentive to patient needs. Best PT experience I've had.
