Hiring Mr. Murrieta (Stefan West) to help us sell our condo was the best decision we made for our first time home selling experience. Stefan was very attentive, was always willing to explain even minor details, and always made us feel like we were a priority. The support and guidance he provided was invaluable; there is no question in our mind that Stefan would be our first call if we were to buy or sell in the area again.

He has both his Broker and Real Estate licenses. Most agents do not have their Brokers license. You get someone with much more experiences working for you. Lived in Murrieta for decades, does his own open houses (that is how I met him), knows pricing, how the process works, walks you through it, keeps you informed, text messages, phone calls, returns your calls, promotes why people move to Murrieta, pro’s and con’s for living in the west, middle and east side of Murrieta. Stefan (Mr. Murrieta) was one of three real estate agents we interviewed when we listed our Murrieta home. Both wife and I were very impressed with Stefan from this first meeting with his friendly demeanor and professionalism.
