So this is a two part review. The first is for Laura Moya (spelling?) the lady who helped us with our taxes. She's amazing, she worked hard to answer all of our questions! She admitted when she didn't know the answer and worked diligently to get the right answer not just an answer! We recommend her to everyone! Second review and the reason we can't give 5 stars, we would give zero if we could but do not want to affect Laura. The refund advance is such a scam! We had a death in the family and needed our return to help us get to the funeral out of state. We were assured we would be able to get it with our good credit and big return. Myra Owens is the best. She's very knowledgeable and experienced with taxes. She is friendly and professional and always goes above and beyond to answer my questions and address any concerns. I actually look forward to filing my taxes once a year because I get to see her. She's the only tax professional I will ever use.
